To increase the therapeutic benefits of massage, the covers can be used to secure a medium sized Soft Comfort CorPak or Dual Comfort CorPak on the massager's pad. Use heat therapy during massage to soothe sore muscles, and cold therapy post massage to help reduce inflammation.
